HINSON LSx Rx8 Cold Air Intake
The HINSON LSx RX8 Cold Air Intake is a necessary upgrade for the LS RX8 conversion. It is critical to place the air filter away from the heat of the engine and hot air passing through the RX8 radiator. The GM engine computer will pull timing when it detects hot air entering the engine. Using the HINSON LSx RX8 Cold Air Intake insures peak performance of your LS RX8 conversion.
The HINSON LSx RX8 Cold Air Intake 4" Diameter is for the cartridge style mass air meter used in late model LS2, LS3, and LS7 engines. If you're using a round mass air meter from a FBody (Camaro or Firebird) or GTO, you need to purchase the 3.5" Cold Air Intake from HINSON Motorsports.
